GTX 970 works only at 600mhz now, need assistance
I chose to increase my GPU's speed, but it worked well until it crashed. Now it doesn't reach 1400mhz on core clock as before—it only goes up to 590-600mhz. I only changed the voltage by 15mV, could you help?
Restarting your computer will reset the clocks, but the issue of it locking down occurs when it enters power saving mode. To permanently disable this, follow these steps:
1. Open the nvidia control panel and adjust the power management mode to prioritize maximum performance.
2. In Msi, after checking burner properties, verify compatibility settings, especially the force constant voltage.
These adjustments should resolve the downclocking problems. Programs in Windows indicate it runs at half speed; you’ll need to double the value (it took a while to figure this out) and adjust the voltage slider up to +100mV without issues, unless you’re in Death Valley.

These adjustments should resolve the down clock issues. For memory clock speeds, programs in Windows indicate it's running at half speed; multiply by 2 to reach +100mV safely, unless you're in Death Valley.
