Hello dear forum users,
I hope you can assist me with my issue. This isn't the kind of post where I'm saying "I bricked my GPU while BIOS flashing," so hurry up if you can. Anyway, I wanted to share that I recently chose to update the BIOS on my 5 y/o ZOTAC GTX 970 amp omega core. Although it's still a solid card, newer games and drivers make it start to struggle, even at medium settings (like in Apex Legends, especially during dropship). The OC helps a little, but the card consistently hits its power limit. I searched online for guidance, found some videos and written tips, but they didn't address my specific problem. When I try to install the driver by pressing "y," the system shows errors like "BIOS cert 2.0 verification error, update aborted" or "ERROR: Invalid firmware image detected." I used nvflash64 with parameter -6 and a modified ROM file from GPU-Z, which came from this exact GPU. Could anyone explain why this happens and suggest a solution?
Thanks in advance!

Looking for assistance on the right forum, I'm a beginner with GPU flashing. After already losing a card, I'm still struggling and my stress is high. I've spent many hours reading threads and guides on Overclock.net and other sites...
