Up until now, my experience with the GTX 960 has been excellent, no issues. I just need to ask—am I safe running at a core clock of +180 MHz with MSI Afterburner enabled? At that setting, I notice graphical artifacts appear at +200 MHz. Is it okay to keep the core clock at +180 MHz? My GPU temperature during The Witcher 3 remains around 64°C, which is within normal limits. Should I be concerned about it overheating? Thanks.

I also use the GTX 960 with overclocking and recommend keeping speeds below the following limits:
Core Voltage
100% (Of course)
Power limit
108%
Core clock
+150
Memory clock
+400
Fan speed
50-80%
In my configuration, the GPU never exceeds 50 degrees, though 64 is quite acceptable.

I also use the GTX 960 OC'd and recommend not exceeding the following speeds:
Core Voltage
100% (Of course)
Power limit
108%
Core clock
+150
Memory clock
+400
Fan speed
50-80%

If you use MSI Afterburner, where do you see the power limit? I just want to confirm I'm not making a significant mistake. I've turned off overclocking and then reactivated it for two days while playing a game I wanted to run, and temperatures stayed stable. No changes were made to power settings or anything else, just the core clock. [Edit] So now I see the power limit is set to 100%, which seems acceptable.

If you use MSI Afterburner, where do you find the power limit? I just want to confirm I'm not making a big mistake. I've turned off overclocking and then reactivated it for two days while playing a game I wanted to run, and temperatures stayed stable. No changes to power settings or anything else. Just adjusted core clock. [Edit] So I checked and the power limit is set to 100%, which seems fine.
