For gaming, CPU performance isn't crucial, making a 6500 suitable just as well as a 6700K. For warmth, a 6600K works fine.

I was considering this but I have to wait a few months. My budget is 1000 euros, and the prices for the 1070 models should drop below the current 400 euro level when they reach around 6500 euros.
