With the GTX760 (I'm not sure about the others), even small changes like increasing the MHTZ by one or adjusting power settings cause the fans to behave erratically, often running at high speeds. No specific fan curve is helpful, and it doesn't respond well to overclocking attempts.

It seems the problem lies within the card's BIOS... I should reach out to the maker.

We're checking which tool is being used to adjust the main clock. The same outcome was achieved with various options like NZXT's Cam, MSI Afterburner, and EVGA's Precision.

Are you sure all programs are ready to run together? Please install only one GPU utility at a time. Doing more than one may cause conflicts and unexpected behavior.

do you have all those programs set up at once? Please install just one GPU utility at a time. If there are several, they might clash and act erratically. I have ensured to remove one completely during testing before and after each run.

Have you reached out to the card producer?
I thought it might be a software problem, as it seems to occur only when I overclock my GPU.
