How to increase the performance of a Zotac GTX 650 1gb fan beyond 25%? Can I overclock it? Someone can assist. I attempted using MSI Afterburner, but it remains capped at 25% even after disabling "Auto." The power and temperature limits are also fixed.

Check the fan speeds directly or listen for increased noise during gaming or use. Low fan speed might indicate a problem with MSI Afterburner compatibility, or a damaged or loose fan wire.

Did you update the thermal paste? Checked with DDU and reinstalled the driver again.

Hello, check if the fan increases when you look at it or notice it getting louder during gaming or use.
Low fan speed might indicate a problem with MSI afterburner compatibility. It could also suggest a faulty or improperly connected fan wire.
