I increased my ASUS GTX 580 DC2 with an engine core of 870MHz and memory speed of 4400MHz at 1.1v. Are those settings secure? I tested Unigine Heaven and the card performed well, temperatures stayed between 70-75°C... If the clocks are stable, can I attempt to raise it to 900–4600?

The clocks remain secure, your issue will always depend on voltage and temperatures.

Yes, it seems possible to reach those clocks at 1.088V. Make sure to maintain that voltage during the 900 MHz overclock.
