I understand. I just discovered several YouTube videos offering more fps drop fixes; if you haven't checked them yet, do so. There are also other minor adjustments that might assist you. One video looks quite credible and aligns with some of the tips I've already mentioned. I'll hold off on the CPU parking suggestion for now. Hope you experience smoother gameplay soon.
