I recently installed my new computer with a GTX 1080 Ti Zotac Amp Edition, but I've observed it operating at 1900MHz during gaming sessions when temperatures reach 70-80°C (fans running at 60%). Is this normal behavior? Have I not adjusted any settings via MSI Afterburner?

It is completely normal for the GPU to reach around 1900MHz under these conditions, with a maximum of 2000MHz in theory. For a fan speed of 60% at temperatures between 70-80°C, the performance remains uncertain but the review suggests checking the product page for details.

I fully support Robert's opinion. It should reach around 2000MHz when the temperature stays at or below 55°C. As you can observe here, the card is nearly at 2000MHz, though I believe a temperature factor is involved.
