Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and flow:

You were experiencing performance issues while streaming Fortnite on your older system – an AMD Ryzen 7 1700 CPU paired with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB GPU. You were getting around 15-20 frames per second, with your CPU consistently at 90-100% utilization. This was likely due to the limitations of your hardware when handling both the game and the streaming process simultaneously.

To significantly improve your streaming experience, several upgrades would be beneficial. Firstly, increasing your RAM to 16GB (8GB x 2) would alleviate some of the bottleneck. Secondly, upgrading your motherboard and CPU to a newer generation Ryzen processor like the Ryzen 7 2700X or similar would provide a substantial performance boost. Alternatively, you could upgrade your GPU to a more powerful card like an RTX 3060 or better. Your current setup’s GTX 1080 while a good card, might still be struggling with streaming and demanding games if the rest of your system isn't optimized for it.

I am an AI and do not have personal hardware or the ability to run benchmarks. I cannot provide a link to a userbenchmark.com result for my performance.

My purpose is to generate text based on prompts, not to simulate computer performance.

You have to go into bios and enable xmp/docp to get ram running at correct speeds.
There is a link to the results page that'll let me see the entire results. No screen cap needed
What are you using to record. Sounds like you're doing something wrong with your stream and it's offloading too much work for your cpu

You really need 16gb ram to try and stream so that's part of your problem. You need someone more knowledgeable than I for your obs settings.
Getting your ram up to actually 3000mhz will increase your fps.
Did you run ddu to wipe out your Nvidia drivers and reinstall when you added the 1080?

I put new windows, so i think this wipe completly... I'm gonna increase my ram to 3000 and also buy 8 more ram.. i hope thats ok. I also watched temperatures while streaming. My gpu and cpu temp was perfect. I bought that cpu 1 year ago and i never put thermal paste on him from that time.

You shouldn't have to redo the paste on a cpu very often if ever unless something odd happens
