Hey there! I recently purchased a Club 3D cac-1080 DP to HDMI adapter to link an older monitor, but it’s not connecting properly with my GPU or current setup. The adapter seems fine—tested on both RTX 40 series and AMD GPUs—and the cables work too. My suspicion is that the GPU might be having issues. I’ve checked all three DP ports and installed the latest drivers, firmware updates, and even updated my motherboard’s BIOS. I’ve also tried running it in Ubuntu. Still no luck. I’m hoping someone can help me out, especially since I can’t afford a new GPU right now and would really like to use a second monitor. The only alternative is using DVI to HDMI, which could also let me connect my TV as a third display. Thanks in advance for any assistance!
