I successfully got my GTX 1070 to run at 2155mhz stable during benchmarking, and the GPU on userbenchmark reached 116% at 2167mhz. I found a method that helped push the GPU further. Previously, I struggled to exceed 2070-2095 MHz until I tried this approach.
In GTA V at ultra with 2177mhz stability, I achieved around 98fps using about 56% of the GPU. Frames dropped slightly but never fell below 60, likely because I was using a 60Hz TV, not a monitor.
