Hi. I'm wondering if you need to adjust the MSI GTX 1050 GAMING X's fan speed in Afterburner since it already spins automatically at high temperatures. You mentioned you want them off when it doesn't reach the limit, especially to avoid dust buildup.

It should automatically switch to 0 fan speed mode. Try following Adamscurr's suggestions.
I have a 1050Ti and it doesn't start spinning up until 60°C. However, under 60°C GPU Boost 3.0 helps by declocking a bit.
