I don't have access to current reviews or direct verification of PC benchmarks for GTA6. You might want to check reputable sites like PCMarkTime or forums for up-to-date opinions.

Start with a console first, then wait a while before transferring it to your PC. Finally, ensure your PC has better specifications than the one running it smoothly.

Everyone seems confused. The best part of PC gaming is you can adjust the specs to fit your system and desired frame rate. My machine has a 2080 Ti, while your AMD model appears to be about 17% stronger according to TechPowerUp. I’m sure GTA6 will still perform well at 1440p with a medium setting around 60fps.

This confirms the specifications you need. I'm happy with the 60 fps high-ultra at 1080p. Regarding reliability, it's good to double-check before committing. You've chosen the 7700xt and kept 1080p, which seems solid.

Unfortunately, it isn't being released for PC simultaneously, which feels disappointing. Still, I think a solid mid-range system from a few years ago should handle it just fine.
