AMD Phenom II Quad 4.0GHz with 4GB RAM, 1GB LPDDR3 memory, 7770 chipset, 1920x1080 resolution. Performance: 39-71 FPS outside, 82-136 FPS inside.

The reason it performs so smoothly is that there are no CPU-driven sliders at their maximum capacity, only GPU-based ones.

I use my GTX 750 and FX-6300, achieving decent frame rates for short bursts, then switch to 24fps for smoother playback.
