Nope, it's just bad luck if this happens to you. I'm having this as well. And nobody knows when Rockstar fixes something, sometimes they fix it immediately and sometimes they don't fix anything at all.

this is a big problem and its noticeable, if they don't fix it i will regret GTA V.... Online is already ruined...

There are definitely some major issues with GTA. We should really hope for a PC-focused update soon. I’m starting to feel tired of playing online in private lobbies and all the lag.

I play around with three months each month, just focusing on looks and online games. Rockstar seems to need AMD fixes for drivers or something similar. I tried Anisotropic Filtering 16x, but it looks like it might be MSAA. That’s probably why the issue appears. I’m hoping others in the thread can assist.
