I’ve observed that when I play Grand Theft Auto V, my graphics card utilization consistently remains between 0 and 2%, despite other games reaching 90 to 100% as expected. What could be causing GTA V to be the only title that doesn't fully utilize my GPU? My system specifications are:
GPU: RX 580 8GB
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
RAM: 16gb
