You're always able to improve your HDD performance. I use Defraggler, though it might take some time—especially if you're new to it. Good luck!

It mainly boosts your HDD performance. Actually, it doesn't make it noticeably faster, just as intended.

I believe your CPU might not satisfy the basic needs, though it seems to work only in story mode or online. It’s hard to say for sure. Could there be a possibility, but I’m not confident? Have you adjusted the settings before?
