The CPU is somewhat of a bottleneck, though I'd say it's quite high. It hasn't been thoroughly checked for performance in games, but it definitely acts as a limitation.

It works nicely with that setup.

It's unclear if a CPU would definitely slow things down, but it should still run the game smoothly at 60 frames per second, though performance might drop slightly.

It looks like you're choosing a cost-effective approach since your budget is limited.

It's not a major issue. People often use the phrase when they see AMD CPUs. GTA is designed to handle multiple threads well, so it should work with an 8350. But I don't have a clear idea of the frame rate the 390 can achieve in that game.

8350 isn't a good deal at this cost. Consider the 8320 instead—it's nearly identical in performance but more affordable. It offers eight full cores, or you could opt for an i3.

This setup has just two processing units, which creates a clear limitation. Imagine an 8GB memory stick paired with a single-core chip—perfectly similar to a Pentium 4 running alongside a Titan X.

You're not familiar with CPUs yet? The i3s will outperform the 8350 in single-core tasks and won't cause as much bottlenecking as you expect, likely underperforming it by a significant margin. You seem like someone who believes more cores automatically mean better performance—definitely not the case.

FX-8xxx isn't that bad in GTA, believe it. An I3 isn't the best choice compared to the 8350.
