using stock 4560k/670-4GB with 16GB RAM, it handles smooth performance around 80-100 FPS minimum, reaching 45 FPS with SLI up to 120-140 FPS minimum at 1080p high settings. 2x MSAA and AA provide sharp visuals. Stutter is minimal in story mode but more apparent during online play. Adjusting CPU and boosting RAM to 2400MHz increases performance, especially during intense gameplay. Deep battles (radar flashing red) become more noticeable when overclocked. Radar remains on for testing minimum drops.

You should be able to maintain smooth performance with the I5 4460 and 280X graphics card. Running GTA V at high settings with MSAA X4 typically delivers around 30-40 FPS, depending on your system configuration and load.

Yes, it works well with a retro 80s vibe and a minimum of the 40s in full screen.

But I’ll have mass on X4—I’m still going to be fine. 80s through the 40s?

increasing MSAA seemed to cause more visual issues instead of improving realism for my 1900x1200 display at 60Hz.

You're experiencing issues with MSAA on your X2 or off, resulting in a poor texture appearance. It seems the GPU model is likely an AMD Nvidia chip.

I believe everyone could be overlooking something important. The audio in AA mostly just polishes up rough areas. Likely the main issue is creating artifacts.
