I'm a bit let down with GTA V... For instance, with BF4 I get smooth 60 FPS at ultra settings and 1050p without any issues. In GTA V, the frame rate drops to 30 and anti-aliasing looks inconsistent. My MSI R9 280X and I3 4150 are struggling a bit—shouldn't they be handling it better? I really dislike those jagged textures! I hope GTA VI improves and gets released for PC soon.

I'm testing the same configuration almost with an FX-8350 and a gigabyte GPU version. Perhaps disabling anti-aliasing helped improve performance.

GTA V is quite challenging to play. Unlike GTA IV, it doesn’t have a smooth port, and it can be tough to get running properly!

GTA V demands a lot from the CPU. An i5 has trouble maintaining 60 frames per second, let alone an i3. Check out this info.

GTA V offers a solid port with all the necessary features, yet some elements make it seem less polished. Because it demands more CPU power, upgrading from an I3 to an I5 would help performance, and an I7 would be ideal for maximum speed if you're aiming for top results. Achieving high settings can boost performance significantly, though the exact gains depend on your configuration.

The game's FPS has dropped to 30, and anti-aliasing is inconsistent throughout.

I'm using AA enabled and MSAA active, X2 FXAA is working! Running GTA V is really tough!

This conversation shows a back-and-forth about whether AA is active. Your first message suggests it's on, your correction indicates it's off, and now you're reinforcing the idea it's on—so focus on being consistent in your communication.
