GTA v paramedics?...
I summoned the paramedics in GTA V after hitting an NPC with a punch. They arrived but the van displayed "Fire Department." It wasn't the fire truck. Eventually they reached the scene, the man emerged, examined the body, appeared puzzled, lowered himself, and then departed. What's the point? Why not intervene?
They likely thought about: "What should we tell someone during a medical crisis? Not right now!"
I accidentally hit someone in a car accident. I called them again, but they just drove past.
They haven’t had anything for a while. I recall in the PS2 games there were some gated areas I thought revived the dead NPC, but I can’t remember it clearly now.
I still believe the GTA 4 paramedics were worse. They would drive to the scene and hit every car and pedestrian in their path, then check on the injured before heading back to their vehicle and speeding off again. Seriously, their car caused more deaths than it prevented.
