GTA V / Online Tutorial

Can't connect with friends. They think I need to complete the GTA Online Tutorial. I played the game before and yesterday, after installing it on my new PC, I finished the first tutorials. I tackled the mission with the cops at the beginning where the train hits the back of your car, plus I did the race mission.

I can access the game online, but joining isn't possible when a friend sends an invite. However, inviting him to a private session allows him to join.

I encountered the same issue today. To complete the Online tutorial, you need three sections. The first involves a race with Lemar, followed by the "get the drugs" part, then a Last Team Standing task. Once those are done, your menu choices for inviting and similar actions should turn grayed out.
