I'm limited by a 175GB limit from Cogeco with a 30/10 connection. In practice, I only see around 10-15 GB per PC and 10 GB up. It's not working well for the mods either.

It should work well, though not at full capacity. The Intel onboard GPU can handle GTA5 at around 50fps with a reduced resolution. The 660 model is definitely capable of running it.
