Its the same reason I bought GTA IV for PC lol Mods look amazing, plus the rockstar editor, etc.

It wouldn't perform very well on your setup given your i5 and 8GB RAM, but the 660 has some limitations. If you're into mods and don't mind a less competitive multiplayer experience, it's definitely worth trying! I've spent around 250 hours on it and it's really fun.
