Although GTA IV had some visual flaws, developers improved it with patches to fix bugs and enhance its appearance. It feels like a long-awaited goal has been achieved—but is it truly achievable?
They may face challenges adapting to the new DRM, but if Icenchancer had done that in GTA IV, it could open up interesting possibilities for GTA V.
It seems most of these changes are unauthorized additions from sites like Assetto Corsa, project cars, iracing, etc., into GTA. While some creators are skilled, many lack dedication, making illegal modifications risky.
they've already handled that for gta iv and san andrias, with most forza cars being adapted to gta thanks to the Russians.
a game like forza on PC would be awesome, but you know how microsoft is with their exclusives
