Since the past few days I've been experiencing really strange, increasingly frequent crashes with GTA 5 (Online & Story Mode).
While playing (doesn't matter where I am in-game, what am I doing or what's happening around) the game randomly closes, without any stuttering or freezing, and the SocialClub launcher opens with a message saying "Grand Theft Auto V exited unexpectedly" (

Restarting the game doesn't show any signs of issues, until the crash occurs again after about 15-20 minutes. This happens only with GTA, I haven't seen any similar issues with any other games. The only clue I noticed was
Error 0x80000003
in some of the logs, but had no luck with finding fix/solution in most forums and discussions.

GTA 5 Steam Version;
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 1809 (17763.475)

What I've tried so far without success:
Running the game as administrator
Disabling "Fullscreen Optimizations"
Verifying the game files through Steam
Deleting SocialClub folders and reinstalling it at the next launch
Deleting GTA5.exe and DLL files in the main game directory, then downloading and verifying again
Completely reinstalling the game on another hard drive (deleing all related files in Program Files, AppData, Documents, etc.)
Reinstalling DirectX & vcredist
Clean reinstall on multiple graphics driver versions (DDU under Safe Mode)
Checking for corrupt or damaged system files (dism and sfc)
Checking for Windows updates and installing all pending fixes/patches
Disabling shader cache in Nvidia CP
Reverting any hardware changes/overclocks (generally I only have XMP)
Disconnecting the second monitor and testing only with the main one (1080p 60Hz)

I'm looking for any advice, perhaps on more advanced troubleshooting? And am open for suggestions on what I can try additionally besides scrapping everything and doing clean OS reinstall (planning to do that somewhere in the next month, because I have a ton of program settings and files to cleanup and backup).

What I've tried so far without success:
Running the game as administrator
Disabling "Fullscreen Optimizations"
Verifying the game files through Steam
Deleting SocialClub folders and reinstalling it at the next launch
Deleting GTA5.exe and DLL files in the main game directory, then downloading and verifying again
Completely reinstalling the game on another hard drive (deleing all related files in Program Files, AppData, Documents, etc.)
Reinstalling DirectX & vcredist
Clean reinstall on multiple graphics driver versions (DDU under Safe Mode)
Checking for corrupt or damaged system files (dism and sfc)
Checking for Windows updates and installing all pending fixes/patches
Disabling shader cache in Nvidia CP
Reverting any hardware changes/overclocks (generally I only have XMP)
Disconnecting the second monitor and testing only with the main one (1080p 60Hz)

I'm looking for any advice, perhaps on more advanced troubleshooting? And am open for suggestions on what I can try additionally besides scrapping everything and doing clean OS reinstall (planning to do that somewhere in the next month, because I have a ton of program settings and files to cleanup and backup).

this is quite an unusual problem. let's try this approach...
1) remove social club and GTA V
2) delete any GTA mods or old pirated versions
3) reinstall social club and GTA on the SAME drive
i'm not sure if this will work, but it might...
by the way, i really dislike GTA V. the loading time is just too slow!
