The delays of GTA V are uncertain, but it seems the project might face repeated postponements. Thinking about Rockstar’s future is tough when they can’t deliver a PC title within a year.

If this implies they'll boost texture quality beyond the 2004 standard, I'm okay with the delays. Because those 4K screenshots they dropped were pretty disappointing. Texture quality was actually quite poor.
