In GTA you're experiencing FPS drops and stuttering, especially during certain moments like the 15-second intervals. With your specs—3900x RTX 2080, 16GB RAM, 3600GHz GPU, tuned settings, NVMe SSD, and DirectX 11 Max—you're doing great. The issue might be related to the game's performance under load or driver behavior. Try updating your drivers, checking for system updates, and ensuring no background processes are consuming resources. Let me know if you need further help!

What kind of motherboard do you have? Have you installed the latest BIOS version?

Aorus Pro WiFi is the newest version with the latest BIOS. It's the only game currently available.

I don't own the game, but I can switch to another graphics API like Vulkan or OpenGL. You might want to update your drivers since NVIDIA recently released changes. If you've already updated, the new version could be the issue. Consider trying a different API first.
