I'm curious about getting the first-person FOV mod—it's been mentioned that some modifications can affect the overall experience. While I'm not sure how strict the game is with certain changes, it might help you get a better feel for the gameplay.
I’d hold my breath and watch for any sign that rockstar will intensify its efforts against modders.
It's too soon to judge; wait a week or two and check if Rockstar has any intentions regarding mods. They might even add those features themselves.
