Hi, after switching to an RX 470 from a 660 Ti, I've noticed huge frame drops in GTA V when entering car-filled zones. I think it might be a bottleneck issue, but would it really cut my frame rate from about 70 to 25-30? My current setup includes an AMD FX-6100 running at 3.55GHz, the RX 470 4GB (ASUS ROG Edition) with 16GB RAM at 1333MHz, EVGA 500W 80+ PSU, and a MSI 970A-G43 motherboard. If you have any ideas or know if this is enough of a problem, please let me know. Thanks!

Using the 660 Ti now causes a drop from 60-65fps to around 30fps with stutter.

No, I haven't deleted the game or reinstalled it for a fresh configuration.

It's odd not to notice those stutters with the 660 Ti. Without that detail, my guess is your CPU might be a bottleneck, particularly in a demanding game like GTA V. I'd consider a fresh install of the graphics drivers using DDU to check if the issue stems from a corrupt setup.

You've already used WHQL and Non-WHQL drivers.

Press Alt, click Windows, then return to GTA—everything runs perfectly.
