Hello everyone,

Following the recent GTA V Casino Update, my game is failing to launch correctly, consistently displaying “ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT”. I’ve attempted to adjust the DirectX version within the settings.xml file to both 10 and 11, but this has proven unsuccessful. Furthermore, I've reinstalled the game four times without resolution.

Could anyone offer assistance? I have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 970.

Thank you (Sorry for any errors in my English; I’m from Germany – haha!).

Have you attempted to set the DirectX setting to zero, and do you have the newest drivers installed? If so, did you ensure you performed a clean driver removal using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)?
