GTA V Bloom FX issue?

I attempted to understand the issue with Brightest Bloom FX during nighttime after activating snow or blizzard effects in the trainer mode. I've reinstalled GTAV twice and set the graphics to high, but the problem persists. What's happening with Bloom FX in GTAV?

I checked, but everything seems to use the standard options. I didn’t adjust the GPU settings at all.

You're suggesting it might have a control panel system, but you haven't interacted with it. If true, check the settings and see if you can tweak options like bloom. On the Nvidia version, you can explore each game in your library and adjust specific details—such as film grain or anti-aliasing. I regret to hear you might not have this information.
