there are three levels of information visible—mostly the simplest first, then more specifics, and finally the intended design. the deeper layer you’re seeing might be a recent change or setting adjustment. it’s understandable if it disrupts immersion, but fixing it depends on whether you want to revert or adapt the changes.

Scaling or viewing distance is your setting. Set it to maximum and it disappears.

It's fully utilized with only half of the maximum scaling enabled. I've attempted to push it to full capacity, but bushes, trees, and items still render a significant distance. There are additional layers beneath the surface—possibly more than three—and performance drops in certain zones.

I understand your point and I had it too, but someone adjusted it. Perhaps try resizing the frame and increase its size beyond a single unit. If your PC supports it.

It has a circle around the player of 16X and there is a hard line of no AF all around you
