Oh and another thing, your fps in the video is 98-118 once you start driving. I can achieve around 120 fps outside the city but not inside the city. Not bad for a weaker CPU and slower RAM speed if you ask me. Just not worth the $300 CPU upgrade imo to be able to achieve 120 inside the city.

Wow, with your equipment it's disappointing not having a monitor that can display those frames clearly. A 24-inch 1080p 144 Hz screen is only around $150 now and it has a 1 ms response time. Back in early August these monitors were almost at $100. Many reached $110, $115, $120, or $125. I should have picked them up.
