While using GTA V or other titles, I'm facing extremely low frame rates. PC specs: Ryzen 5 2600, RX 2070, 2x 8GB at 3000Mhz.

I believe switching to manual control and adjusting the three power limits to their maximum would help. Have you reviewed the temperatures and usage in the game? Using Afterburner and RTSS could display these figures during gameplay.
