I receive 25-40 frames per second in GTA Online. (Maximum stays at 40). No improvement when adjusting settings or changing resolution. Performance remains consistent even with SSD storage. I've installed the newest drivers for all components. In singleplayer I see double the FPS. GPU utilization ranges from 20% to 65% (only during online), CPU usage 45%-50%.

Specs: Ryzen 5 2400G 3.6GHz (up to 4GHz) 16GB RAM-2x8 2666MHz ADATA ROG STRIX RX 580 8GB uses 60-90 watts during gameplay. Motherboard: A320 MSI PSU: Seasonic S12III-650 80 Plus Bronze 1680x1050 resolution. (16:10) I don't encounter issues with any other titles, only in GTA seems to behave differently... Please help if you can.

Yes, you can modify the server settings or adjust other options as needed.

Uncertain about switching servers, since each one produces similar effects. Everyone faces the same challenges, and while hardware differences matter, the server significantly impacts your online performance (like FPS).

Maybe it will work once I purchase the Ryzen 7 2700.
