I've recently changed my drivers via Driver Booster 7 (not through Windows) and since then, whenever I use GTA with my NVIDIA driver, alt tab triggers the error. However, when I open it through Intel Graphics and disable NVIDIA, everything functions properly but the graphics quality is poor. Would you consider going back to your driver update?
