If you're searching for a source to get mods, I suggest checking out https://www.gta5-mods.com/. It offers a broad selection of car modifications. Simple Trainer is also useful in the process, as it functions like a menu that allows various actions (including vehicle customization).

Also check out Rage multiplayer. It's a singleplayer multiplayer setup, allowing you to build your own server with any mods you prefer.
