I faced a comparable problem with Skyrim Legendary Edition. It was removed from my Steam library three months ago after I had swapped it for keys back in September 2013. Bethesda and Steam support informed me it was obtained through an unethical method. The seller I received it from had around 400 positive reviews on SteamTrades at that time, with none negative. When I reached out, they replaced the item. To highlight this, such incidents occur frequently—just stay alert about who you transact with. If issues arise, support should be willing to assist. Also, keep in mind that some skins or keys from sites like CSGolounge can be scams, which might impact your betting or trading activities.
He gave me the key back or some games. I don’t even trade on csgolounge except for betting. Mostly rely on Reddit/fourms or sometimes csgolounge, but I never had a solid trade from it. Lots of people underpricing and not much fun; a few cents is fine but like $5 is ridiculous.
