It took some time. If you truly wish to enjoy GTA5 with high-quality visuals, consider upgrading to a 1080ti level graphics card. That would be around 3060 today.

Sell the 1660 to receive a 3060.
However, I suggest 50-70 FPS would work well for casual gaming!

I previously owned a GTX 1650 Super and achieved over 100 fps in GTA 5. The GTX 1660 ti works just fine now.

It really doesn't look good on a 240 hz monitor. If I were to purchase an RTX 3060, I'd need to replace the power supply, motherboard, and case. That sounds like it wouldn't be worth it just for GTA 5.
