I have an I5-11400F CPU.
My GTX 1050 Ti friend has a Ryzen 3 1200.
With both at very low and very high settings, I achieve the same FPS. Even when playing in 1440p or 4k.

Your CPU isn't a problem. Just watch the video and match the settings precisely. Check if you outperform him in the video.

But not online, try regular gameplay as if it's on video.

According to boju, the friend's computer frame rate doesn't match the maximum settings.

Matches the identical configurations used in Kryzzp's video, achieving approximately 80 fps while maintaining maximum GPU utilization at 40% (Rivatuner).

Usage appears minimal yet unclear, unsure of its cause—don’t worry, it’s unlikely to signal anything serious. Try different games to pinpoint game-related issues.

I've attempted to shut it down, but it remained the same.

Consider testing various configurations such as antialiasing, trying none, and adjusting variable refresh rate versus VSync. There aren't many options left. If other titles perform well, it likely means the issue lies with the game rather than your hardware, thankfully.

He doesn't perform well outside the maximum settings. I previously played it on a 1060 with 6GB RAM, and a 1050 Ti wouldn't provide that level of speed.
