RTX 4090 Ryzen 7 9800x3d with 32GB RAM and 6000MHz clock speed is running smoothly on most games, except for FiveM GTA 5 which stutters every 20 to 30 seconds. Its FPS drops from 130 to around 30. Other games work fine without issues. I've adjusted settings but the problem persists.

Set the frame rate to a maximum of 100 FPS. Adjust GTA 5 settings to avoid performance problems at higher rates.
