The system displays Graphics UMD driver details under GFX > Info > Application.

Where can I locate Reliability History?

Within the "Summary of Administrative Events" section, there were over 125 errors recorded in the last hour column, with 124 of those related to nvlddmkm.

Seriously frustrating! “Nvlddmkm” is a particularly irritating error encountered with Nvidia graphics cards.

First, let’s address the equipment. Have you added or connected any new devices since purchasing your laptop and before installing Grand Theft Auto V?

We should also conduct a memory test to verify that your machine wasn't shipped with defective RAM.

Do you possess a supplementary USB flash drive containing at least 500MB? This is essential for utilizing Memtest86. Here’s the download link: https://www.memtest86.com/. Please note that creating this bootable drive will delete all data on it.

I haven't connected anything new; I’m simply using it as it comes. To check the memory, do I need to completely format the USB drive with Windows 10? Perhaps I’ll require larger drives—I only have one that holds 4GB. I’ll find a solution and update you tomorrow morning.

Once an image is duplicated to the storage device, all data upon it will be completely deleted. A notification will reappear prior to initiating the erasure process. Therefore, if you possess any critical information on the secondary drive, create a copy as a safeguard. The software requires approximately 515MB of available space.

That information from Reliability Monitor seemed useful. It appears a straightforward assessment based on the event viewer’s nvlddmkm entry is quite clear. However, I would place confidence in your judgment considering it's the only reported error. The details within the general section were as follows:

The Event ID 13, originating from nvlddmkm, could not be located. This suggests either the component isn’t installed or it’s corrupted on this computer. You can attempt to reinstall or repair the component.

If the event occurred on a different system, display data was likely saved with the event itself.

The following details were associated with the event:
\Device\UVMLiteProcess1
Graphics Exception: ESR 0x50dfb0=0x30009 0x50dfb4=0x4 0x50dfa8=0x7c12b72 0x50dfac=0x174

The resource message exists but isn’t found in the message table.

Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and flow:

“Let’s troubleshoot this problem systematically. First, I want to rule out any potential hardware issues. Could you tell me about recent hardware installations? If you could run a memory test using memtest86, that would be a great first step.

If the memory test doesn't reveal anything, we can move on to examining the software. It’s possible the problem stems from a configuration issue within your system. However, it's crucial to address any underlying hardware problems first – attempting to fix software issues without resolving potential hardware causes wouldn't have been effective.”
