It seems to be specific to GTA 5, not all games. What is your storage capacity and what type of drive are you using? Have you tested it with and without hyper-threading?

haven't tested with or without hyperthreading. However, I resolved the problem; fixed it myself! Purchased the GTX 970 Smile

Everything worked perfectly! No longer purchasing from AMD.

I resolved the problem by removing the AMD drivers, using the Display Driver Uninstaller in Safe Mode, and then installing the newest drivers. No issues arose. It seems there might have been an unusual entry in the registry.

Well, I'm feeling quite down right now. My two-week-old panda was giving me a lot of discomfort and needed a full recovery. Now I'm using my 8GB stick, but the stuttering keeps happening again. (!!!!!!!) I've tried everything—everything! I'm really stressed out! I even posted my first YouTube video to show off my drops, but it dropped from 60.0fps to 57.6fps for a second. Someone please help me Smile
