GTA 5 runs slow on Windows 10, dropping from 60fps to around 10-15fps. You might need a better GPU or more RAM for smoother performance. Your system specs include a Core i7 4790, GTX 750 Ti, and memory configurations of 2GB and 4GB DDR3.

Your GPU is probably the limiting factor; lower the settings.
