It’s really puzzling why? Running it at that point seems like a mistake—just stop playing it.

Open Steam, adjust the width to 800 and height to 600. In the properties section under GTA V general, modify the launch options and apply the changes to resolve the issue.

I didn't expect this performance but it ran fine on a dual-core system with 2GB RAM and an HD6570. It was smooth in mountainous areas but struggled in the city. I thought about lowering the resolution, why not?
