I was curious about that since I hadn't come across a GDDR5 GT630 that wasn't a Fermi. Even the one Ralston mentioned was DDR3. The newest drivers for Fermi are 391.35 from 2018, and while some newer titles like Tomb Raider show impressive textures, overall performance remains satisfactory.
