In theory, you might be able to install up to 450. It's worth a try if it doesn't install normally at 391.35. You could attempt the standard .inf edit to include your GPU ID, though features such as cuda, physx, or 3d vision may not function properly.

Security updates for Kepler drivers on Windows 7 to 64 continued up to version 475.14 dated July 9, 2024. Features and fixes ceased being added starting from version 472.12 on September 20, 2021. I can confirm that version 472.12 functions properly when all telemetry data and other security flaws are removed using NVCleanstall, which is advised since no security problems for Kepler have been addressed for nearly a year. Please note that updates for Win7-64 at versions 474.30 and later are not WHQL-compliant and lack signatures, as Microsoft no longer provides WHQL certifications for Windows 7 drivers.
