You and your friend encountered memory problems with Gskill DDR4 RAM within a year. Initially, you noticed intermittent crashes and freezes. After testing, you ran MemTest and discovered data corruption indicating the memory failed around a year ago. You replaced it locally, but now face difficulties with the RMA process. Many parts of Gskill’s website appear nonfunctional, including their return form. Have others experienced similar issues recently? Is there any information about the site’s stability over time? I reached out via email but thought this could be a helpful forum. Take care, Shaggy.

Can you reach out to the original seller for assistance? They might offer better support via RMA.

I received two batches that deteriorated last year and both were swapped out quickly without any issues.

I have some Adatas with similar timings. They passed away last Thursday. I was operating two pairs of B-Die in my main rig, but now I’m down to one pair since my son requires them.

Their site came back online after a few days. I tested it across multiple browsers, devices, and even on two mobile phones. They shipped replacements through RMA, but those units kept failing more often than the ones I submitted. I’m really frustrated with Gskill. I know some products can go bad, but it’s not acceptable to send out defective parts. Cheers, Shaggy

That's not right. My numbers are 3200 14-14-14-34. The Adatas should be 16-20-20-42. It looks like a mix-up.
